A Little About Me

Hi! I’m Bri, aka Care-Free-Bri, a 27-year-old high school English teacher with a passion for writing and wellness. Just a year ago, I embarked on my own personal growth journey, diving into health and wellness to find ways to heal both my mind and body.

It’s been a year of deep transformation — and I’m so proud of where I am today.

My Journey: From Struggle to Strength

Not too long ago, I found myself coming out of a toxic, abusive relationship that had drained my sense of self. I had been manipulated, gaslit, and made to believe that I didn’t deserve anything better. I was stuck in a cycle of negativity, unsure of who I really was or what my purpose was.

But that was just the beginning.

I spent the last year unlearning toxic habits and thought patterns that had been ingrained in me for years. It wasn’t easy, and it wasn’t always pretty — I’ve lost people along the way, and there were days I wanted to give up. But by educating myself, surrounding myself with supportive people, and confronting my discomfort head-on, I’ve been able to rebuild my life from the ground up.

Now, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and I’m thrilled to share everything I’ve learned with you — the highs, the lows, and all the steps in between.
